What exactly is a Tillow?
Have you ever gone to the beach and used a bag or a water bottle as a pillow? Tillow is solving this exact problem! The luxury beach towel has minimal straps sewn into sides of the sides. The bolster pillow slides into the side straps, which allows you to easily roll up the Tillow. (Similar to how you roll up a yoga mat!) Tillow carry straps allow for ease of transport to and from the beach.
How do I wash my Tillow?
- Make sure to give your towel a good shake to get the sand totally off prior to washing
- Simply take the cotton "tillow case" off the bolster pillow
- Wash with similar colors on cold
- Do Not Use Fabric Softener
- Tumble Dry Low
- Do Not Iron
- 100% Cotton
How to use my Tillow Straps?
Your Tillow straps are used in the same way you use your yoga mat straps!
Feed one side of the straps through the metal loop. Do the same on the other side of the straps. This will create two separate loops on each side. Slide your tillow on each into each of the loops and you are ready to hit the beach.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
For faulty items please email operations@tillowsupplyco.com so that our returns team can arrange for the damaged/faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
The item must be in new and unused condition. We will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace.
If the item is no longer in stock, an alternative styles of equal value may be requested or full refund will be issued.
Returns Policy
At Tillow Supply Co., we take great care to ensure our products meet high quality standards and are delivered as described.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including but not limited to:
- Gifts that did not work out
- Personal preference
- Incorrect item ordered
- Items no longer wanted
- Items purchased as gifts
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Defective Products
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is damaged on arrival
- Does not match its description
- Does not perform as advertised
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at operations@tillowsupplyco.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the fault
Once assessed and approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
Return Conditions for Faulty Items
- Items must be returned in their original condition where possible
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns submitted without prior approval may not be accepted
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, washing instructions not followed, or improper care
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Shipping Costs
- If a return is approved due to a fault, return shipping costs will be covered by Tillow Supply Co.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
